PART TIME CHEF – HOLLAND PARK

LOCATION – holland park

 

As a Part Time Chef at Bespoke Britannia, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity in a high-end environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and presentation of exquisite dishes for our clientele.

We are looking for a passionate individual with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and a flair for creating innovative and visually stunning dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Your Duties may include but are not limited to –

    • Assisting in the preparation of high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
    • Have a passion for cooking healthy meals, with the ability to cook for both adults and children.
    • Ensuring the stock inventories are up to date, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
    • Liaising closely with the office and other household staff – strong communication skills are essential.
    • To carry out any other reasonable requests of the management or Principal. 
    • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
    • Cooking staff lunch will also be required. 

Requirements:

  • You must hold a professional culinary qualification, which we will need proof of at application stage.
  • Experience in managing a private household kitchen is essential, and you need to be highly organised, motivated, independent and discreet.
  • Strong communication skills, and strong supplier relationships are also an essential part if this role.
  • There will be the requirement of flexibility to step in when needed and also the ability to travel internationally occasionally. Food and accommodation will be provided when travel is required.

 

Package

 

  • Self employed £300-£350 per day with the potential to go PAYE £36,000-£42,000 DOE
  • Weekends – 120 – 130 days per year
  • Average working hours are 9am – 8pm

There is no accommodation supplied, you will need to live within commutable distance of Holland park.
