PERSONAL ASSISTANT | CHELSEA - LONDONLOCATION - Chelsea - LONDON Bespoke Britannia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant, that is happy to travel and assist with wardrobe management to support a busy family based in Chelsea. This is a diverse role and would suit someone who is looking for experience across a wide range of duties. Great work life balance working Monday - Friday with occasional travel when required. JOB ROLE You will be the main point of contact for the principal, running personal errands like shopping, buying gifts etc. A key part of the role will be lifestyle management, diary, email and phone management. You may be required to book travel, holidays, restaurants, appointments, organising events and parties. Sourcing and managing the Principals wardrobe, coordinating with hair and make-up ensuring all staff are kept informed. You will also assume the role of a junior house manager to ensure that the household is run effectively. You will be required to carry out these duties both in the UK and overseas (twice a year). CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS We are looking for someone that has a minimum of five year experience working as PA within a HNW family or equivalent. You will need to be confident in your abilities ensuring that the families needs are met at all times. Strong administration and communication skills are essential to this role. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, has the ability to manage their own workload with a ‘can-do’ attitude and is able to adapt to changing situations. You will be required to travel with the family twice a year as part of this role. PACKAGE Salary is between £60,000 and £70,000 depending on experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm more hours may be required when the family is travelling. Immediate start available for the right person.
