HOUSEKEEPER – SOUTH KENSINGTON

LOCATION – South KENSINGTON

 

Bespoke Britannia has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and reliable Part Time Housekeeper to help run a private household based in South Kensington. We are looking for a skilled Housekeeper who has flexibility to meet the demands of a busy household. You will be working closely with a team of staff who support a large family home, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standard.

JOb ROle

Your duties will include but are not limited to –

  • Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Ensuring all rooms and common areas are maintained and cleaned to a high standard
  • Changing linens and towels, and restocking amenities
  • Managing household schedules and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with contractors and assisting with various household tasks as needed
  • Maintaining a professional and discreet approach at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role within a large private household
  • A clear understanding of timescales and proactive task completion
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team, while using your own initiative
  • Discreet and professional demeanour
  • Flexibility to travel when required by the client.

 

Package

  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM £200 per day
  • Overnight every Sunday: From 6:00 PM (once the principal is settled, £110 per night net
  • This is a temporary role, with the long-term goal of this role becoming more full-time permanent.

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, and a strong work ethic.
