PRIVATE DRIVER – SOUTH KENSINGTON 

LOCATION – south kensington

Bespoke Britannia is currently seeking a Private Driver to join a family based in South Kensington, London. This full-time position requires a commitment of 60 hours per week, working six days a week during the school term. However, the unique perk of this role is that you will have 3 months off a year when the family is away, allowing for plenty of downtime.

As a Private Driver, you will be part of a team of two other drivers, providing 24/7 logistical coverage for the parents and their children. When the family is in and not moving for an extended period, you will have the opportunity to walk the dogs around Hyde Park, run errands, and assist with on-site tasks.

 

JOB ROLE

  • You will be providing a service to a family with children, ensuring that they reach school, appointments and engagements in a timely manner.
  • You will have a good working knowledge of the London area and be able to navigate without using assistance.
  • You will be available to assist with ad hoc duties to include running errands and dog walking.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is fit for purpose and maintained.
  • This is busy role, working with a busy household – you will need to be on the ball and work well within a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • We are looking for candidates thar are based within 45 minutes of South Kensington due to the hours and nature of the position.
  • You will have an excellent track record of working within a high-net-worth family environment for a minimum of five years.
  • This is a client facing role so you will need high level soft skills and be well presented at all times.
  • The client requires someone with good working knowledge of the London area, South Kensington, Chelsea, Belgravia, Mayfair, Central and private airports such as Farnborough – this is key to the role as you will need to navigate without the use of a Satnav.

PACKAGE

  • £65,000 – £75,000 DOE plus discretionary bonus
  • Six days per week – 60 hours
  • Three months leave per year
